They have a good selection, but the prices are a little higher than most places. The produce is often fresh and they have a nice selection of organic produce. They have fresh sushi, a nice Bakery and Deli also.
Best produce, meat and seafood in the area. The store is clean and the staff are always happy to be of any assistance (unlike the store on the other end of town).
